The track changes functionality that Word offers is relatively straightforward and you shouldn’t have any problems with it.
However, the purpose of this tip is regarding track changes when style formatting and conflicts are in play.
What happens is that, despite what else is going on in your document, formatting in one specific area won’t behave as you want.
